Charities want to go digital but skills aren’t keeping pace
New data shows a clear link between strategy and confidence, but most charities are still in the early stages of building digital capability.
More than half of UK charities (56%) are still at an early stage of digital development, according to the newly released 2025 Charity Digital Skills Report. While 81% say they use digital tools in their everyday work, that confidence falls away when it comes to strategic thinking, AI use and emerging trends.
